Eligible Risks: Paid and combination (paid/volunteer/paid-on-call) Ambulance & NEMT operations. Para-transit transport is excluded.

Required Forms: Acord 125 & Acord 130

Mandatory SHIELD Telephonic Loss Control Assessment Prior to Quoting

Not Available in: AK, HI, OR, NY, UT, VT and Monopolist.

Limited Availability: Fire risks are not available in CA, NJ and PA.

State-Specific Availability: Coverage for Fire and Ambulance operations in AR, LA, MO, OK, and SC may require additional review. Contact us to discuss potential placement options.
